Social skills are important for building relationships, making friends and learning.
Autism F.I.R.S.T. Social Skills Groups teach social skills through animated video-modeling episodes, staff-delivered lesson plans, and student activities. Our groups focus on increasing emotional intelligence and building self-management abilities utilizing evidence-based practices to teach positive social skills and replacement behaviors.
Groups lessons and activities will focus on the following domains:

- Interpersonal Skills
- Friendship
- Self-Regulation Strategies
- Communication
- Problem-Solving
- Safety
- Building Relationships
- Personal Care
Our Social Skills Groups last six (6) weeks, with up to six (6) participants in each group.
