When you first come to Autism F.I.R.S.T. our caring, expert staff will do a complete evaluation of your child. Then, together, we will determine the best course of action that may include a mix of the below services:

Day Program
Our full day for children ages two to six is an intensive, comprehensive, personalized and fun therapeutic program designed to help children thrive.

ABA
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy can improve social, communication and learning skills through positive reinforcement. Our therapists consistently work with your child so they can become proficient and independent in their real-life, everyday tasks.

Advocacy Services
Receiving an autism diagnosis can be very overwhelming. An Autism F.I.R.S.T. advocate will walk you through where to begin to find the right path for your family. We offer two types of advocacy to support your goals: parent/guardian consulting and direct advocacy.

Occupational Therapy
Focusing on play skills, learning strategies and self-care, OT works to help your child actively participate in a wider range of activities. Our therapists also work with children to manage any sensory issues they may have.

Speech Therapy
Speech therapy helps your child communicate and understand verbal and nonverbal cues from others. Your therapist can work on articulation, phonology, AAC device acquisition and training, receptive and expressive language, pragmatic and social skills and feeding.

Family and Caregiver Support
Autism has an impact on the entire family – most notably on the siblings of a child with autism. We help siblings and other family members with skills to increase understanding and form a stronger relationship.
