Mental health and advocacy services are also out-of-network services. For all out-of-network services, we can provide complimentary submission of claims to your insurance provider.

Autism F.I.R.S.T. will work directly with your insurance carrier to submit your claims, both in and out-of-network. We can check your benefits, assist with preauthorization of services, denials and appeals.
Our intake process begins with a call with our patient-family advocate who will listen to your needs and match you with the therapist(s) that are a good fit for your child and family. If you would like a specific provider, you may request them at any time.
Yes, for in-home sessions and teletherapy sessions, a responsible adult over the age of 18 must be present at all times.
