On the FIRST Friday of each month, please join us for a wonderful opportunity to meet other caregivers, share experiences and participate in a discussion on a variety of topics surrounding life with an autistic child.

Moving beyond the A,B,C’s and 1,2,3’s to have your child’s IEP reflect their unique needs.

A monthly discussion series presentation with a Q & A, to help you better navigate the various systems you may encounter as a parent of a child with special needs. You’ll learn from shared stories from other families and gain helpful and practical tools to be a better advocate for your child.

Scott Campbell, Autism Society of Northern Virginia (ASNV) Member and Parents Of Autistic Children of Northern Virginia (POAC-NoVA) Board of Director, will share valuable information on how to navigate ESY roadblocks while advocating for services. ESY services are designed to help maintain skills, continue growth and give your child the support they need to be successful.
