In-Clinic and At-Home autism services across Virginia

Find Support Near You

Autism FIRST provides in-clinic and at-home services across Virginia through a growing network of compassionate, experienced teams. Our hybrid model allows children to receive consistent, individualized support in the clinic, in the home, or both, depending on their needs and family goals. While most locations offer full hybrid programming, Virginia Beach and Danville currently provide home-based services only.

Whether your child needs early intervention, after school support, social skills development, or daily living assistance, our team is here to support your journey with confidence. Families benefit from structured learning in the clinic combined with caregiver focused sessions at home, creating continuity across daily routines. Home-based services follow the same clinical standards and deliver high quality, personalized care in the environment where your child spends the most time.

Which areas offer home based services only?

Virginia Beach and Danville currently provide home based services only. Families in these areas can receive support through our Autism FIRST and Family Insight teams.

Most hybrid clinics offer early intervention, ABA services, diagnostics, and social skills programs. Some programs may vary by location. You can check each clinic’s page for specific details.

Do home based areas provide the same quality of care as clinics?

Yes. Home based sessions follow the same clinical standards as clinic based services. Children receive individualized treatment plans created and overseen by our clinical team.

Can my family switch to a different clinic if we move?
